What I can say, the trailer is so marvellous! I re-watch it at least once a day. 
The story of Catching Fire follows the events after 74th The Hunger Games. Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, now lives in Victor's Village. Yeah, Katniss is rich now, but she is hated by Capitol after her blueberry-suicidal accident. Katniss as well as Peeta have to embark Victory Tour, featuring the victor of the previous Games traveling to 12 Districts around Panem, then Katniss encounter about the uprising in many Districts that she has been visited.

Every twenty-five years there is a Quarter Quell edition of the Hunger Games. Quarter Quells mark the anniversary of the district' defeat by the Capitol, and include special celebrations. Quarter Quell is like the more vicious edition of Hunger Games. In The 75th Hunger Games, the tributes are going to be reaped by the existing pool of victors. District 12 only have 3 alive tributes. The only living female victor from District 12 is Katniss Everdeen. The Girl On Fire backs to the Arena in Quarter Quell, a competition that could change Panem forever.
